I’m Suzanne Clarkson,

About Me

I use my 20+ years’ experience with words to help companies understand the power of great communications.

Applying journalistic discipline and rigour to Corporate Communications and B2B Marketing experience, I’ve held senior in-house communications roles for a range of companies – from some of the largest insurers, healthcare companies and consultancies in the world to smaller, UK based providers of employee benefits, health, wellbeing and social care. I’ve worked both in-house and, more latterly as a freelancer, agency-side.

I like to apply the depth of understanding and teamwork you get in-house to the agency environment. Being a Yorkshire lass, I prefer a “what you see is what you get!” approach. No front people who only show their face for “important” meetings. And no comms snobbery…as happy copywriting as strategising.
